Support Coordination Level 2
When you have an NDIS plan you have the option to select services that you want to work with. A support coordinator is included in your plan to help with this connection. Our support coordinators can help with:
- Be a part of your community
- Getting the most of our your plan
- Find and connect with local NDIS supports
- Understand your NDIS plan
- Understand your budget
- Work out the best way to spend your funds
- Use the myGov website and NDIS Participant Portal
- Prepare for your NDIS plan review.
Specialist Support Coordination Level 3
Our Specialist Support Coordinators main focus is on addressing barriers and reducing complexity in your support environment. We do this in conjunction with assisting you to connect with supports and build capacity and resilience.
Depending on individual circumstances a specialist support coordinator may design a complex plan that focuses on how all of the stakeholders in your life interact to help remove barriers.
Our specialist support coordinators may assist with complex challenges in your environment such as health, education, justice and housing.
Recovery Coaching
Recovery Coaching
A recovery coach is an NDIS funded worker that has mental health knowledge.
Our recovery coaches will:
- spend time with you, and people important to you, to get to know you and undersstand your needs
- help you to find out about different services and supports, and how these can help you
- help you get support from mental health services
- help you better understand the NDIS and support you with the NDIS
You can choose a recovery coach with lived experience. A recovery coach with lived experience has their own lived experience of mental ill health and recovery and are able to use this experience to inform their work.

Recovery Coaching
Social workers have had a strong role in assessment, planning and case management across all types of disability and service provision.
Social work practice is across the life span, this includes working with children, adults, families, carers, groups and communities. Most importantly, our social workers work alongside people with disability to facilitate empowerment (and that of their families) and achieve participants needs, goals and aspirations.
Social workers can provide several specific supports, including:
- Therapeutic and counselling supports (individual and group)
- Early intervention supports for early childhood
- Behaviour support (assessment and development of support plans)
- Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transitions and supports
- Assistance to access and maintain employment or higher education
- Assistance with obtaining or retaining accommodation and tenancy

Do I come to you?
Our staff visit you in a space that is convenient and comfortable for you, that may be a local cafe, park or your home.
